Nigeria’s Enyimba win in confederation cup against South African side.

Enyimba FC started their CAF Confederations Cup campaign on bright note, with a 2 – 0 win over South African side TS Galaxy at the Enyimba Stadium, Aba .

The Nigerian club side made immediate impact by coring in the seventh minute through Victor Mbaoma.

Mbaoma scored his debut appearance for Enyimba after a good cross from Abdulrahman Bashir.
The Aba- based side failed to double their their lead, ending the first half in 1 – 0.
At the nick of time, Martins Usule doubled the lead for the home side with a powerful header.

Enyimba goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai was superb in goal, which kept his side in the game.

The second leg is scheduled for next week in South Africa with the winner qualifying for the group stage of the Confederation Cup.
